Our Process

From your first call to the final walkthrough, Clean Green Restoration handles every step of the process. No coordinating multiple contractors. No chasing your insurance company. One call, one team, start to finish.

Clean Green Restoration team

How it works

Six steps from your first call to the moment you walk back into a fully restored home or business.

Step 1 — Emergency Call

Call (417) 300-5062 any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We dispatch within 60 minutes. Your call is answered by someone who can actually help, not a call center.

Step 2 — On-Site Assessment

Our team arrives and conducts a thorough damage evaluation — moisture mapping, thermal imaging, and full documentation for your insurance claim. You’ll know exactly what we found and what needs to happen.

Step 3 — Mitigation

We stop the damage from spreading. Water extraction, emergency board-up, roof tarping, and containment barriers go in fast. The goal here is to protect your property from any further loss.

Step 4 — Remediation

The detailed work: structural drying with air movers and dehumidifiers, mold treatment, smoke and soot removal, odor elimination with HEPA filtration and hydroxyl generators. We don’t leave until the readings are right.

Step 5 — Reconstruction

Once remediation is complete, our crew rebuilds. Drywall, flooring, roofing, structural repairs — we restore your home or business to pre-loss condition. No need to find a separate contractor. One call covers it all.

Step 6 — Final Walkthrough

We walk through the completed job with you from start to finish. Every item is checked, all insurance documentation is complete, and you sign off only when you’re satisfied. That’s the CGR standard.

What to expect

Common questions from homeowners going through the restoration process for the first time.

How fast will you arrive?

We typically arrive on-site within 60 minutes of your call anywhere in Southwest Missouri. We dispatch immediately — no waiting until morning.

Do I need to call my insurance company first?

Call us first. We’ll help you document everything properly from the start, which makes the insurance process smoother. We work directly with State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, American Family, Shelter, Liberty Mutual, USAA, and others.

How long does the full process take?

Mitigation typically takes 3–5 days. Full reconstruction depends on the scope of damage — minor repairs may take a week, while major structural jobs can take several weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after the assessment.

Do I have to find a separate contractor for reconstruction?

No. CGR handles both restoration and reconstruction. We restore the damage and rebuild the structure — one call, one team, start to finish. You never have to manage multiple contractors or coordinate timelines.

Will my home be safe during the drying process?

Yes. Our equipment runs continuously and is monitored daily with moisture meters. We contain affected areas to prevent cross-contamination. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and when it’s safe to return to normal use.

What if mold is found during the job?

We’re state-licensed for both mold assessment and remediation, and Miles holds the IICRC MRS — the highest mold credential in the industry. If mold is found, we handle it on the spot. No need to bring in a separate specialist.
